Prior to joining Wesleyan , David spent over 10 years at Lloyds Banking Group in a number transformation and operational roles , latterly as Chief Operating Officer for the Group Services division . Before joining Lloyds , David ’ s career spanned retail ( Asda ), FMCG ( Mars ) and telecommunications ( Phones4U ). This broad experience has been the foundation for David ’ s passion to deliver lasting change which benefits customers and colleagues .
