Siva Padisetty has been appointed Chief Technology Officer of GitLab, effective 15 January 2026. Formerly CTO at New Relic and a veteran of AWS and Microsoft, Siva brings over 20 years of experience in distributed systems. He will now lead GitLab’ s engineering and operations to drive its DevSecOps technical strategy.
