ACI Worldwide has appointed JP Krishnamoorthy as Chief Innovation & Technology Officer to lead its AI and payments orchestration strategy. JP joins from Coupa Software, where he pioneered machine learning initiatives. He succeeds Abe Kuruvilla, who oversaw key regulatory implementations and product launches during his tenure as CTO from 2023.

Temenos has appointed Takis Spiliopoulos as CEO, effective immediately. Formerly the CFO since 2019 and Interim CEO since September 2025, Takis was chosen following an independent search. He will now lead the execution of the company’ s strategic roadmap, focusing on long-term growth and maintaining the firm’ s people-first corporate culture.
