Douglas Ure is the Chief Executive Officer & President Director of Marsh Indonesia with over 20 years of experience working in insurance and risk management . He began his career in in the manufacturing sector where he was responsible for corporate risk management and insurance before moving into the consulting industry . Ure joined Marsh in 2007 and has been involved in various roles covering consulting , analytics and claims across UK , Europe , and Asia . Ure moved to Asia in 2014 to be based in Singapore before moving to Jakarta , Indonesia in 2019 .
