Randy Haug is Senior Vice President of Technology & ITSM at CAAT Pension Plan . In his current role , he is entrusted with continuously improving CAAT ’ s Digital Transformation , Technology Infrastructure , Core Business Systems , Cyber Security , Data Management , Enterprise Architecture and Project Management Office . His extensive background spans various industries , including Pension Administration , IT Managed Services , Financial Services and Telecommunications , with a focus on Strategic Planning and Strategy Execution . Randy recently completed the CTO Executive Education program with the Aresty Institute of Executive Education at Wharton University , and he is an ITIL-certified practitioner and a Certified Agile Service Manager ( CASM ). the technological expertise and resources needed to support CAAT ’ s initiatives . These partnerships included staff augmentation agreements and managed services , which were essential in scaling CAAT ’ s operations during periods of rapid growth .
Commenting on the partnership with DXC , Randy says : “ When I started working with CAAT , we had 14 full-time IT staff . Over the past five years , we ’ ve grown to around 150 employees .”
