NUVEI ACQUIRES PAYONEER IN US $ 2.75BN PAYMENTS DEAL

Payments technology giant Nuvei has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Payoneer in an all-cash deal. The transaction aims to create a unified global financial infrastructure combining payment acceptance with crossborder payouts across more than 720 alternative payment methods.
