Banking Circle Group has appointed former UBS and ING CEO Ralph Hamers as Chairman, assuming the role from 20 April. Utilising his experience in scaling global financial institutions and navigating complex regulations, Ralph will oversee the group’ s international expansion and product development as it enters its next phase of multi-jurisdictional growth.
Diego Piacentini, a former Amazon and Apple executive with extensive experience in digital transformation, has joined Nu’ s Board of Directors. Following a career defined by scaling international operations and advising the Italian government, Diego will now help guide Nu’ s global expansion and its mission to simplify financial services for its 131 million customers.
