Mr James Haslam is the CFO of ELMO and joined the company in February 2019 . James is a Chartered Accountant with over 19 years of experience in accounting and finance roles . As CFO , James is responsible for all aspects of the accounting and finance function , from ensuring efficient , controlled and timely recording and reporting systems , to budgeting , forecasting and cash flow analysis . Before joining ELMO James founded Financial Agility Consulting , a consultancy ptactice providing senior executive management support through mergers , acquisitions , capital raisings and IPO ’ s .
