Paul Weiss is an accomplished technology leader with a distinguished career , serving as CTO at Adaptive since May 2023 . Joining Adaptive in 2016 , he has driven key projects as a developer and technical lead . Prior to Adaptive , Paul co-founded my-Channels , creators of the renowned Nirvana messaging platform , later acquired by Software AG . He holds a Computer Science degree from Brunel University London .
