Ryan has been promoted to Director at Citi, where he will continue to unite product, engineering and architecture to build and scale responsible AI solutions across the firm. The AI product and platform leader, formerly an IBM consultant, says he is“ energised” to drive enterprise gen AI, agentic AI and responsible AI initiatives.

Yasemin is stepping up as Mastercard’ s President for Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, taking charge of 81 markets. The UAE-based executive, who previously led Eastern Europe, brings almost two decades of experience at the payments group and now joins its global Management Committee.
