Sandeep is the Group Chief Technology and Operations Officer and the member of Group Executive Committee for FWD Group. He has more than 20 years of experience across FMCG and insurance at global level in strategising and transforming areas of information technology, digital initiatives and customer experience. He supports FWD Group’ s clients and business partners in all 10 markets, overseeing all aspects of customer, operations, enterprise IT, including strategy, architecture, cloud, security and applications. Prior to joining FWD Group, Sandeep served Global leadership roles at BUPA and AIA. He was awarded Amazon Digital Innovation Hero Award in 2024, HotTopics’ top 100 Global CIO 2023, and IDC CIO of the year award in 2021.
