Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of GoHenry – an app and prepaid debit card that enables young people to participate in the digital economy – Louise has worked in operations and ecommerce for over 20 years .

Before founding GoHenry , Louise was deemed a pioneer in retail ’ s collective shift to digital , building the first wave of ecommerce websites for some of the greatest household names in the UK , including Next Directory , John Lewis , The Innovations Group , Past Times , and Debenhams .

Louise has made numerous appearances on BBC radio and television , including BBC Breakfast , and is an expert on financial education and the youth economy .

Darcy – who has a track record of working in several areas of the insurance and technology industries – is the operations leader for global insurtech company Cover Genius in the Americas . As such , she is more than competent in partnership management , strategy & execution , underwriting , portfolio management , claims management , process design , compliance , and insurance law .

Gaining invaluable , wide-ranging skills and capabilities via education , Darcy graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts in English & Computer Applications and the Fordham University School of Law with the Juris Doctor ( JD ).
