After accumulating 10 years of prior experience in the financial services industry – most recently at Klarna , where she oversaw partnerships with Payments Services Providers – Mariko joined TrueLayer as Head of Payment Partnerships ( PSPs ). She has since worked her way up to the role of VP Financial Services & Partnerships .

Before being acquired by Klarna in 2014 , she managed sales and payment relationships at the German online bank payment platform SOFORT . In her role for the platform , Mariko was instrumental in the company ’ s adoption of PSD2 and open banking , overseeing several vital PSP agreements .

Currently , Noorani serves as Blend ' s Vice President of Finance . She held the position of Vice President of Finance at Xome before transitioning to Blend , a role in which she created metrics and KPIs to track performance for both internal and external audiences . She has also worked at Sabre Airline Solutions at Principal Management Consultant and at Assurant as their Senior Director of Data Analysis , Reports , and Insights .

She holds a master ' s from George Washington University , a bachelor ' s in Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University , and a Certificate in International Management Audit from the London School of Economics ( LSE ).
