Anisha serves as Toast ' s Chief Information Officer . In this role , she oversees the company ' s information technology organisation and is in charge of delivering cutting-edge technological capabilities , systems , and tools to support Toast ' s operations .

Anisha has more than 20 years ’ experience in the IT industry , most recently working as Box ' s Chief Information Officer . In this role , she oversaw worldwide IT , which included enterprise applications , IT operations , end-user services , and a project management office ( PMO ). Her group was in charge of systems ' project management , analysis , design , development , quality control , and solution architecture .

Prior experience includes roles at VMware , Agilent Technologies , and Hewlett-Packard prior to joining Box . Vaswani graduated from San Jose State University with a bachelor ' s degree .

Yelena is a collaborator and a change agent . In 2020 , she joined Ally to oversee technology for all corporate functions that deal with internal clients , including finance , treasury , compliance , risk , human resources , legal , and audit . Since joining Ally , Yelena has worked together with business leaders throughout the company to both instigate and lead the modernisation and digital transformation of all corporate processes to enable automation , create efficiencies , and give workers the power to produce business results .

Yelena experienced a number of technical leadership positions before joining Ally , including at Fortune 500 firms like EY , KPMG , Bank of America , and S & P Global .
