In addition to directing Generali ’ s Group CRM Center of Excellence , Sofia is the Group Head of Digital Channels and a member of the core project team at the Group Digital office . She is in charge of the internal development and execution of the Group ' s digital strategy .

Sofia also oversees the Digital Road-mapping programme , identifying the digital maturity level of BUs across the full value chain , developing a roadmap for digital transformation , and supporting BUs in implementing local digital strategies , as well as enabling the company to gather and share the finest digital practices – both internal and external , including emerging technology and data trends . Sofia co-leads the launch of the Group ' s projects , including the Corporate website , Agent Hub , and Mobile & Web Hub .

Samantha serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Square Financial Services , the FDICinsured bank owned by Square , in addition to being a member of the committees overseeing risk management and technology .

She is in charge of the organisation , which covers all facets of Square ' s financial operations , such as credit , loan servicing / collections , risk assessment & portfolio monitoring , business intelligence , and customer success .
