Crosswell is the Chair of CFIT, bringing over 25 years of financial services and technology experience. Her career spans leadership roles across trading platforms, government advisory boards and fintech companies. Charlotte champions diversity and innovation-first approaches. She was awarded an OBE in 2021 for her contributions to financial services.

Shuo

Wang is the Co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Deel, an automated payment system for freelancers. Previously, Shuo worked at MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory. With eight years’ experience in product and robotics design, she has expertise in wearable electronics and exoskeletons.
