GFT has appointed former NTT DATA banking chief Andrew Nelson as its UK CEO at a time when financial institutions are scaling gen AI and modernising legacy systems. Andrew will focus on strengthening data architectures, enabling productiongrade AI and supporting regulated cloud transformation, balancing innovation with resilience as banks navigate complex compliance requirements and move beyond proof-of-concept AI deployments.

Isabelle Bénard joins Unzer as its Chief Product & AI Officer. Formerly CPO at Mirakl, she brings more than 15 years’ experience across Amazon, Lightspeed and SSENSE. In her new role, Isabelle will focus on embedding AI across onboarding, fraud and customer operations, supporting Unzer’ s unified commerce platform as it scales AI-driven innovation for more than 90,000 merchants across Europe.
