Paul Swinton founded B4B payments in 2006 , and having bootstrapped the business , it was successfully acquired by the Banking Circle Group / EQT in 2021 . Paul is now directing the delivery of an ambitious growth strategy , pursuing significant scale-up and expansion across all aspects of the business model , leading to triple-digit growth in 2022 and 2023 , all driven by his deep knowledge of prepaid card and payments technology and its market applications , enabling B4B Payments to adapt to emerging needs from SMEs to large corporates , NGOs and Fintechs . Prior to founding the company with his business partner in 2006 , Paul enjoyed a successful 15-year career in management consulting , where he worked around the globe and across sectors , including retail consumer products , with a strong focus on technology .
