Joel Raedeke is responsible for overseeing the strategy and execution of consultative analytics , data science and technology for Broadspire US .

Joel has nearly two decades of industry experience related to RMIS , data science , IT and business consulting all in support of establishing and strengthening client partnerships . He began his career in the insurance industry in 2001 as a RMIS Analyst at RSKCo CNA . When RSKCo was sold to Broadspire , Joel became a manager of custom reporting , analytic technology and data conversions . In 2008 he took a VP of Analytics position with a major US-based third party administrator . In 2012 , Joel rejoined Broadspire and became a Senior Vice President charged with building teams and technology to support Broadspire ’ s objective to drive continual programme improvement for each of its clients . In 2016 , Joel was put in charge of all client facing technology for Broadspire . In 2019 , in addition to Broadspire ’ s consultative analytic practice , data science and client facing technology , Joel was asked to oversee all technology for Broadspire US .
