Fiona is a Co-Founder and the Chief Product & Marketing Officer at Pollinate , one of the biggest and most technologically advanced financial services companies in the world . Prior to founding Aflore , Ana served as the director of Ashoka ' s " Housing for All " programme , where she collaborated with businesses and social entrepreneurs to provide affordable housing solutions to the " bottom of the pyramid ".

Before joining Ashoka , Ana spent eight years in London creating financial solutions for institutional clients while working for Lehman Brothers and Nomura .

She began her career in Colombia at the Federation of Beans Growers , where she traded beans and handled risk . She holds a BS in Business Administration from Universidad de los Andes and an MBA from London Business School .

Equipped with 20 years ’ experience in business , Fiona has worked in customer-focused roles with networked companies , as well as management consulting jobs . She credits the design and management of consumer interaction programmes as her core areas of expertise . She oversaw business operations and customer service at Nectar , which has 20 million members and is the biggest loyalty programme in the UK . She oversaw the management of exclusive programmes for hotels , airlines , banks , and shops while running their white-label company in Europe .
