Tatiana specialises in the regulatory facets of payment services and has industrial expertise in digital payments , ecommerce , and telecom .

She graduated from Université Paris Nanterre with a Bachelor of Law in French and Russian law , a Master of Business Law , and a Master of Finance and Law from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL .
