Leslie serves as Pagaya ' s first Chief Growth Officer , a role in which she ’ s responsible for expanding the company ' s relationships with banking and financial institutions , directing growth for not just the company , but for all of its partners as well as business development , collaborations , and marketing .

Prior to this role , Leslie was Chief Growth Officer at the prestigious JPMorgan Chase & Co ., where she gained considerable experience . Gillin also served as President of Chase Co-Brand Cards , CMO of Citi ' s Global Consumer Bank , and CMO of Citigroup .

As Chair and Trustee of Open Banking ’ s Implementation Entity ( OBIE ), protecting the CMA Order and its ongoing requirements – as well as collaborating with stakeholders and the Joint Regulatory Oversight Committee in the wake of a long-term regulatory framework for open banking in the UK – are among Marion King ' s top priorities .

Currently sitting as a non-Executive Director for a number of trusts , Marion previously served as the NatWest Group ' s Director of Payments and the President of MasterCard UK & Ireland , before joining OBIE . She also formerly served as the CEO of VocaLink , a specialised payments partner for banks , business partners , and government agencies .
