Hooi Ling Tan is a Co-Founder of Grab , the top superapp in Southeast Asia , which offers millions of people in the region daily services like transportation , deliveries ( food , goods , and groceries ), mobile payments , and financial services .

Vrutika , who began her career at Goldman Sachs , NY , now oversees all international payment partnerships for GoPay , GoTo ' s fintech division . Here , she oversees a team that looks after GoPay ' s most crucial connections with investors and business partners , and is in charge of the company ' s P & L as well as its commercial and product collaborations – which help the company develop and monetise .

Before joining GoTo , Vrutika was the head of business development for China and Southeast Asia at the Tata Group , the biggest conglomerate in India . She spearheaded go-tomarket plans and strategic alliances to introduce Tata brands abroad , while collaborating with Chinese tech firms expanding into India .

Hooi worked as a senior director for pricing intelligence and monetisation at Salesforce in San Francisco , prior to joining Grab full-time in 2015 . Before that , she was a consultant with McKinsey & Company , where she provided corporate strategy and operations advice to multinational corporations in Southeast Asia , North America , Latin America , and Australia .
