As the head of Visa ' s innovation and digital partnerships , Vanessa Colella oversees the creation and marketing of the company ' s products and services for platform , fintech , and big tech partnerships , in addition to managing the organisation ' s international network of innovation centres .

Vanessa formerly oversaw marketing for Citi ' s North American Consumer Bank and served as Citi ' s Chief Innovation Officer , Head of Citi Ventures as well as Head of Productivity before joining Visa . She worked as an entrepreneur-in-residence at US Venture Partners ( USVP ) before joining Citi in 2010 . Before USVP , Vanessa held the positions of Head of NA Marketing and SVP of Insights at Yahoo . Interestingly , she taught science in schools while also working as a partner at McKinsey & Company .

Yolande is a renowned leader with more than three decades ’ experience in financial services and technology .

After 32 years at Citigroup , Yolande made the move to Google Cloud , having most recently served as the CEO of Citi FinTech , where she was in charge of finding and implementing new growth vectors for the Global Consumer Bank . She also served as the head of Citi ' s Consumer Innovation Labs , the CIO of Student Loans Corporation , the SVP of Online Applications and Services for Diners Club International , and the CAO for Global Consumer Banking Operations & Technology ( under the Citigroup brand ).
